Iroc Lab is the research and development, engineering and applied-innovation platform of Gestion Iroc. Its mission: turn complex or unsolved industrial needs into concrete, tested, manufacturable solutions.

Its strength is multidisciplinary: mechanical design, digital fabrication, automation, electronics, instrumentation, software, telecommunications, geomatics, autonomous systems and specialised materials. Depending on the project, the Lab works on one component or takes on the whole path: understanding the need, feasibility, design, prototyping, validation, demonstration in real conditions, transfer to production.

When the market does not offer the equipment, process or system required, Iroc Lab does not ask the project to adapt to a generic solution: the Lab builds the missing tool. Designing a machine, automating an operation, integrating sensors and control, writing software, tuning a material for a precise application: it is the same reflex.

The starting point is never "what do we already have in the catalogue?" but "what does the project require?". Every prototype, machine, formulation or piece of software targets a real use, a concrete product, a measurable improvement.

  • Prototyping and proof of concept CAD, fabrication, mechanical and electronic assembly, programming, working demonstrator
  • Machine and process design mechanical, electrical, automation, commissioning, training
  • Demonstration and pre-commercialisation standardised tests, pilot project with a first user, performance data
  • Industrial transfer process implementation, production support, technical assistance

Iroc Lab is stage 01: Innovation, engineering and R&D. A validated solution moves to a division able to build, use or sell it: Iroc 3D designs, Iroc 3D FAB fabricates, Iroc Prod produces, Iroc Éco supplies the recycled input.
