Everything Gestion Iroc brings to market starts here. For five years, Iroc Lab has been formulating, testing and optimizing our concretes — including the mixes built around recycled glass powder — until the material does exactly what the project demands.

And when the market doesn't sell the machine we need, we don't adapt: we build it. Our production machines are designed in-house, for our processes — not the other way around. That is what lets us deliver products others simply cannot manufacture.

For a client or a partner, that means one thing: when Iroc commits to a result, the science behind it is already done, documented and proven in our own shop.

Iroc Lab doesn't wait for a solution to exist before offering it. When a need falls outside the beaten path — a material, a production constraint, a performance requirement no catalogue covers — this is where we develop the answer that fits, instead of bending the client to an off-the-shelf offer.

What we do

  • Concrete formulation and process optimization — testing, tuning, validation
  • Integration of supplementary cementitious materials, including recycled glass powder, with Iroc Éco
  • Design and prototyping of in-house production machines
  • R&D support to every other division: each new product goes through the Lab
  • Custom solution development: when a need has no standard answer, we design the process, the mix or the machine that provides one

Iroc Lab is stage 01 — Material & R&D. The Lab feeds Iroc 3D for design, Iroc 3D FAB for fabrication and Iroc Prod with validated materials and equipment.
